Summary: This is a spacious condo in a quiet neighborhood directly on the beach. Only a 5 minute walk to the pier but the beach is not too busy or traffic-heavy.The pictures do not do this place justice! There was a ton of space for my 5 kids, my wife, and myself. Also, not included in the description or pictures but there are beach items, accessories, and some toys included at the rental: multiple chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and other items to make the day at the beach more enjoyable.The view from the balcony of the ocean and pool area is great.The owner and managers of the property were very attentive and easy to communicate with.Would stay again if in the Cocoa Beach area.
